SINCLAIR'S GULLY Our property at Sinclair's
Gully is nestled high in Norton Summit in one of the most picturesque
parts of the Adelaide Hills.
In addition to our vineyard, we have a significant stand of endangered native vegetation on our property. We are passionate about restoring and protecting our patch of bushland and its associated biodiversity through ongoing weed eradication, revegetation and feral animal control programs. To date we have identified over 150 different species of native plants and 66 species of native birds on our property, many of which are recorded as endangered or rare. Part proceeds of the profits made from the sale of our cool climate Adelaide Hills wine are re-invested in the protection and restoration of our bushland, ensuring it will continue to be enjoyed well into the
future.
