The
dream of
Sinclairs Gully began in 1997, when Sue and Sean
Delaney
purchased their twenty six acre property in the Adelaide Hills.
With a passion for nature and the environment and a love of great wine
it seemed
a natural choice to restore and protect the remnant bushland
on their property
and
turn the vacant paddock into a boutique Adelaide Hills vineyard
to produce premium cool climate grapes and handcrafted wines.
With a lot of hard work and help from family and friends this dream
became a reality. Our Adelaide Hills vineyard produces premium
quality low
yielding Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from our hand tended
vines.
Our wine displays intense fruit flavours and
aromas characteristic of
the very best cool climate wine produced in the Adelaide Hills.
Friends
of Sinclair's Gully are given first opportunity to sample and
purchase our wine each year prior to its release to the public.
